In our view, leadership is an attitude — it’s how you conduct your business and what you do for your employees and customers. Our senior management team includes professional engineers and people with business degrees — but paper qualifications are only part of the story in delivering high-quality products and top customer service. At MaXfield, we’re proud of our reputation, we know how important it is to nurture and maintain it, and we work very hard to do so.

Effective leadership is built through experience. Each of the 17 members of MaXfield’s senior management team has many years of individual service in the manufacturing sector — collectively, nearly two centuries’ worth! The company’s seniormost leaders today are also MaXfield’s founders, and they previously worked in the same sector since the 1970s.

One of the things experience has taught us is that mistakes cost time, and time costs money — for our customers, and for ourselves. That has driven our overriding operating principle: get it done right, the first time. That saves both time and money, which is invaluable to our customers. It’s also a safer and smoother way to operate.
